The Job:
As an Associate Product Manager, DEWALT Drilling and Fastening you’ll be part of our Towson, MD team working as a hybrid employee. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the team in the creation and maintenance of the global systems and expansion categories. You’ll get to:
Become a product expert in DEWALT Drilling and Fastening
Maintain a strong awareness of trends in the industry and related industries to develop a deep understanding of the Industry, Distribution/Route to Market and the End User.
Work with End-Users & Consumer Insights Teams to capture, assess and translate the Voice of the Consumer into actionable programs that meet End-User, Distributor/Retail Partner and SBD Organizational needs.
Assist in the complete product lifecycle process, alongside the Global Product Engineering, Operations teams and Global Commercial teams from concept to delivery.
Support Operations in both manufacturing facilities in activities like but not limited to: solving problems, identifying future growth requirements & productivity targets all while striving for optimum Service Level.
Assist in leading cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives, and act as a point of contact for Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, Quality, Engineering & Brand teams.

BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field required.
Ability to work effectively across functions and lead teams – must be able to present data and conclusions in an organized manner; ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization.
Demonstrated problem solving, research, and analytical skills.
