How to complete the quest?
Go to Reserve's Armored Train exfil area.
The easiest way is to navigate from the bunker Hermetic door exfil. Before reaching the exfil, go downstairs and walk a little to the food storage. Once you reach the storage, the quest objective should be marked as completed, and you'll only need to leave the location alive.
