Shy at first, the bouquet unfurls floral aromas, quickly overtaken by fruitier notes of apricot and toast, reminiscent of coffee, toast and caramel. On the palate, a creamy texture is supported by perfectly calibrated bubbles. Tension and intense fruitiness are balanced by the perfect ripeness of the grapes, culminating in a peppy, dynamic finish. A bottle that's both accessible and complex.

The palate is in the same spirit, with a chiselled, precise champagne that is never austere. A true delicacy of flavor, not sugar. The chalky length of the finish makes it ideal for an aperitif with friends.

A signature that's always very citrus-oriented: in this case, albedo and grapefruit. Timut pepper adds a spicy aspect, while the delicate floral notes evoke melilot. Greedy and precise at the same time, the palate is in the same spirit. Fine bitterness on the finish. A superb cuvée.

The house's entry-level wine sets the tone as soon as you open the bottle. The nose shows great finesse, more elegance than demonstration. Notes of kumbava and citrus peel give way to chalk. On the palate, the champagne opens perfectly, striking a balance between ripe fruit and mineral tension against a backdrop of toasty notes. The saline, almost oceanic length naturally encourages us to pan-fry some prawns.

This grand cru, made up of wines from the villages of Cramant, Avize, Oger and Mesnil-sur-Oger, has a lovely light color and tiny bubbles. Finesse is the thread running through this cuvée: the nose evokes citrus fruit, white flowers, fresh almond and chalky notes, then the palate reveals delicacy and balance, with superb length. A perfect introduction to the house wines, to be enjoyed as an aperitif.
