i mean besides being out of line with how he acted, he honestly isnt wrong.
from OMAAT: https://onemileatatime.com/news/bill-oreilly-jetblue/
"OReilly argues that JetBlue is committing fraud in inducement by selling tickets for flights that the airline knows it cant complete, without being honest about it"
i mean, that definitely seems true to me.

There is nothing "not wrong" about threatening to hurt an airline employee
He may have had the right motive, but nothing excuses this type of behavior.

After paying all those harassment settlements, he's flying economy hoping for an extra bag of Cheez-Its®.

AA or B6 are the only direct options

While his conduct was a bit over the top, I'm also sick of just sitting at a gate for hours and hours with little or no sense of urgency on the part of airline staff. Jet Blue obviously has some serious scheduling issues. Whether or not it's slowdown strikes by JB employees or just overall incompetence by Jet Blue scheduling staff; it still adversely affects all those - often very irate - passengers that waste hours waiting for JB to get their act together. I don't know what's causing these problems but I hope the airlines get their act together soon, or they will probably have more frequent interactions with unruly passengers.
