@VerizonSupport Unfortunately it happens all the time! Salesperson led us to believe our batteries were no good and our 11XR’s were no longer any good. Just had to cancel music we never had at $9.99 per line. Sales person was deceitful

@VerizonSupport Just found more charges we didn’t order!!! $9.99 for each line for music!!! That’s an added $30.00 a month we never ordered!! Verizon just ads everything, and leaves it to the customers to find and cancel what wasn’t ordered!!

@Verizon Tired of being deceived by Verizon and all it’s hidden fees! Finally got bill down to a reasonable rate, then the scam of no cost upgrade! Our bill doubled and don’t know how we can afford $400/mo. ? Very dishonest!!

@VerizonSupport I am not happy ! On demand has not been working on my account, constant billing issues and when I call to ask for a supervisor, the person flat out refuses to transfer me to one. This is not customer service and should be resonved!

@VerizonSupport I've already talked to reps twice. First one got me running for an hour, but wasn't anything they did. Had me do the same stuff I was already doing like rebooting the router. Said there were no outages. The second rep escalated my chat and then decided that there was an outage.

This is insane 3 days 5G is down in Cincinnati. LTE works but neither my phone or home Wi-Fi 5G is working…..others in my neighborhood having same issue. Not just me. I love how Verizon has a “No we don’t have a credit for down service” policy
