@callhadae @UScellularCares Jeeze... So even the cracks are showing in Iowa, Wisconsin and California. We are in the same boat. They just aren't investing in their network.UScellular really is a mess. No wonder they've lost customers for the last year straight. Bet 1Q 2022 will be the same way.

My experience with @UScellular over the past year has just been utterly abysmal. One problem after another, with crappy connections and customer support that's friendly and nice but utterly useless.

@Slader_83 @UScellular They also shut 3G off here which Bethel depended on as over 3/4th the town has no LTE coverage from USC. Resulting in several lifeline customers being cut off despite having LTE devices. They weren't even notified of the impending shut down.

Because if nothing changes... We've been with UScellular since 2002. (Bag phone era.. wee) We will be leaving on our personal lines (10 lines total) to AT&T. Fix the core problems or make like the Dodo bird @UScellular. Also.. you are the 5th largest carrier. Not 4th.

WTF @UScellular? Your customer service is horrible, all we need is an address change because you can't keep our address straight and we've been hung up on 4 times!? Seriously?! 🤬
