@wenders88 @Cricketnation @CricketSupport They came back to me but no resolution, they told me “5G is gonna be available at the end of november” ask them where and how can I find that info ‘cause is nowhere(Missleading Mkt Campaign) They Gave me a FAQ page where there is no date or time for customers to have the service.

@CricketSupport That is incorrect. To restore service you must contact support for an hour to get you account in-suspended. Please do not misinform customers.

@CricketSupport I recently purchased a phone for my brother on Amazon that has 4G LTE and GSM connection. All the specifications that should work on crickets network. We called to set it up and it worked briefly but then said it was suspended. Can you explain why this might be?

@CricketSupport That is incorrect. To restore service one must sit on the phone with support for an hour to get their account un-suspended. Please do not misinform customers.

Hey @CricketSupport - former customer here. I still have one of our old Cricket phones, and I need to unlock it to use with AT&T for a couple weeks or I'll be phoneless. I don't have an online login and I don't remember the pin or security question for the old account. Help?

@CricketSupport just got off the phone with supervisor Andrea and was not helped. I purchased hot spot on the 19th, hot spot was cancelled on the 19th per customer rep since my hotspot “didn’t work”. 🤔 my new billing cycle started the 24th no hotspot and money lost.
